Once you go through the mediation process and end up with a separation agreement. The question is, is that binding is it enforceable so let me address that as we’re going through the sessions and talking about the issues. We’re effectively formulating resolution to the matters and at the end of it. I will draft your separation agreement will meet to review it make any final changes and edits.

At that point my role is your mediator is at an end. I advise you to go and seek legal advice before you sign the agreement. But whether you do or you don’t once that agreement is properly executed. It is a binding and enforceable agreement that brings finality to everything that you’ve discussed and everything that you put into that agreement.
