So let’s talk about how children’s voices get heard through the mediation process. For many parents it’s important that their children in some way have their views and preferences heard we can do that. By accessing resources that we have available to us. There’s counselors there’s art therapists or psychologists, whatever it is that is required or would benefit the children from having a place to go and speak up their views of their preferences or to work through counseling because of this operation. We access those resource is an from those people that are involved with the children. We get feedback into the mediation process, sometimes by having those persons attend a mediation session. Sometimes by simply a teleconference but we can by working together get the children’s voices heard in mediation. That’s going to assist both parents in understanding what is in the best interest of their children.
